Reddi to Spread the News primarily follows business developments; enhancements to machines, infrastructure and processes; and new personnel at a plant that produces Reddi Wip topping and table spreads (butter substitutes), such as Blue Bonnet. The customer values continuous improvement and wishes to instill an ownership attitude in employees, as we sense all Conagra customers do. The employees at this plant are very helpful, patient and descriptive; while many have science backgrounds, they also communicate well enough to ensure a layman can quickly understand the basics.
